- What is the best feature of the hotel?   la atencion, ya q tuvimos un inconveniente, fue inmejorable. se nos atendio en todo momento y tuvimos respuestas rapidas y eficaces. le doy un excelente!!!!!
- What does the hotel need to improve?  la estructura esta medio descuidada,pero se nos comento que en el 2008 tienen plan de remodelacion.
